General Terms of Use and Sale

1. Purpose and acceptance of terms

These General Terms of Use and Sale (hereinafter "Terms") govern the use of the YogaSequence service, an online platform for creating, sharing and managing yoga sequences.

Access to and use of the service implies full acceptance of these terms. If you do not accept these terms, you must stop using the service.

2. Definitions

• Service: The YogaSequence platform accessible via website and mobile application.
• User: Any individual using the service, whether registered or not.
• Content: All information, data, text, images, sequences created or shared on the platform.
• Premium Subscription: Paid service providing access to advanced platform features.

3. Service description

YogaSequence is a platform dedicated to yoga enthusiasts that allows you to:

• Create personalized yoga sequences with a visual builder
• Access a comprehensive library of yoga poses
• Export your sequences in PDF format

4. Access conditions and registration

Access to the basic service is free. Some features require creating a user account.

Registration requires providing accurate and up-to-date information. Users commit to maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.

Users must be at least 13 years old. Use by minors must be supervised by a parent or legal guardian.

5. Financial conditions

5.1 Pricing

The service offers two types of premium subscriptions:

• Monthly subscription: €3 per month, no commitment
• Annual subscription: preferential rate available on the platform

5.2 Payment

Payments are processed securely by our partner Stripe. Accepted payment methods include major credit cards.

The subscription is automatically renewed at each term, unless canceled by the user.

5.3 Cancellation and refund

Users can cancel their subscription at any time from their personal space. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.

In accordance with applicable law, users have a 14-day right of withdrawal for new subscriptions.

6. Intellectual property

YogaSequence owns all intellectual property rights to the platform, its design, features, and pose database.

Sequences created by users remain their property. By publishing content, users grant YogaSequence a license to display and distribute this content on the platform.

It is prohibited to reproduce, copy, sell or exploit any element of the platform without prior written authorization.

Yoga pose illustrations are created by Springhill Yoga Design and are protected by copyright.

7. Liability and warranty limitation

YogaSequence is a creation tool and does not provide professional medical advice. Yoga practice should be adapted to individual capabilities and limitations.

Users practice yoga at their own risk. YogaSequence cannot be held responsible for injuries or damages resulting from sequence practice.

The service is provided "as is". We strive to ensure service continuity but do not guarantee 100% availability.

8. Termination

Users can delete their account at any time from their profile settings.

YogaSequence reserves the right to suspend or delete an account in case of violation of these terms, after prior notification.

Upon termination, access to premium features ceases immediately, but users retain access to free features.

9. Personal data protection

Personal data processing is governed by our Privacy Policy, compliant with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Users have the right to access, rectify, delete and port their personal data.

10. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, French courts will have sole jurisdiction.

Any dispute will first be subject to an amicable resolution attempt. Failing that, it will be brought before the competent courts.
